Buyer demand is still strong, and with so few listings available\u2014especially in sought-after Los Angeles neighborhoods\u2014competition remains fierce. Luxury properties, in particular, are set to outperform the rest of the market, driving much of the sales activity and price growth as we head into 2026. That said, affordability is still a real concern for many, which is why more buyers are turning to condos, townhomes, or looking to more budget-friendly areas nearby.
