For those just starting out, cities such as Palm Bay, FL, and Surprise, AZ, are standing out for their affordability, active new permits, and lower taxes. Locations across Florida, Arizona, Boise, ID, and Murfreesboro, TN, are also proving to be more accessible for new buyers. On the flip side, West Coast cities and Anchorage, AK, are currently some of the least affordable options.
